Warranty & Repairs

We're committed to keeping our products in use for as long as possible. We offer comprehensive warranty and, where possible, free repairs on all Fjordalp products. 

Our warranty covers manufacturing defaults. If you believe your item is defective please get in touch and together we'll assess whether a repair, replacement or refund is most suitable.

Our warranty does not cover normal wear and tear as a result of the kind of use that the product was designed for. However, we are happy to repair your item under these circumstances free of charge. Please note that the customer is required to pay the postage costs of returning the item to us.
