Backorders & Preorders

Most of our manufacturing here at Fjordalp is in regular, small batches. This means that our products often go out stock during busy periods. We've therefore decided to offer backorders on our most popular items. 

We aim to manufacture and ship these items in 1-2 weeks. In many cases it will be 1-2 days. We don't rely on large factories for production and this means we can be agile and manufacture specific items at short notice.

Backordered items will be displayed in cart with this message:

'(Product) is backordered and will ship as soon as it is back in stock.'

We'll email all customers who order a product that is backordered. All such orders can be cancelled at any time. 

We also offer preorders on new products before they are launched. Again, all preorders will be followed up with an email.
